Introducing…

Welcome to the Immeasurably More Blog! I am THRILLED you are here.

My name is Tara and I live in Oregon, the most beautiful state in the PNW. Currently, I am taking online classes in pursuit of a Bachelors in Biblical Counseling. (More about that in posts to come!) Being creative has always been a big part of who I am. Whether that was being creative through dancing for 15 years, writing little short stories or singing.

While those things are important, the most important thing you need to know about me is that I am a Christian. I LOVE, LOVE Jesus Christ and have a huge heart for ministry. I believe in the Trinity: God the Father, the Son and the Spirit. I believe that God created the entire world; He sent His Son to die for the sins of every human being and that He loves everyone fiercely. Jesus died for YOU and all He wants is for you is to turn away from sin and trust Him with your life. God has a plan for every single one of us and His desire is for everyone to know who He really is.

And that is exactly what I want to do here at Immeasurably More. (Don’t worry — I’ll explain why I named this blog what I did soon enough!) My heart is play a small role in showing the world who Jesus truly is and what He has to offer you. I hope to do that by providing stories from my own life and the beautiful truths from the Bible. I have always loved writing and creating, but it wasn’t until just recently that the Lord put blogging on my heart. While continuing to seeking Him, I’m committing to trust Him, step out in faith and see where this leads.

My purpose for this blog is not only to share my experiences with God, but also for you to meet with Him and realize His presence in your own lives. My hope is to faithfully post twice a week: Tuesday’s and Friday’s.

  • Tuesday:
    • At the beginning of the week, we’ll focus on consuming the Bread of Life (John 6:35). What I mean by that is, these posts will focus on truths from God’s Word, who He is and who we are in Him. My desire is to share moments and lessons that God has taught me in my own life. I believe it’s so important to share testimonies of His grace and provision. That way GOD gets the glory in my life!
  • Friday:
    • To kick off the weekend, I’ll share more of my own personal life. I’ll update you on my life and what I’ve been up to. In these posts, I’ll share hobbies, favorite things to do and favorite things to love. There will be tidbits about lifestyle, fashion and all that fun stuff. Hopefully you will find something that you can relate to in these posts.

Thank you so much for sticking around and supporting me as I attempt this whole blogging thing. See you all on Tuesday!

  1. I have the wonderful privilege of being Tara’s mom ❤️ Over the past few years I have been so blessed to walk with her through good and extremely difficult times, I have seen the glory of the Lord shine through her. Her love for God is contagious! He has given her a measure of understanding and insight beyond her years. I am praying with her that many people will hear about God’s great love through this and be invited to His eternal family. Because this is exactly why God created us! That each person would have a close relationship with our perfect creator, His Son Jesus -our redeemer, and the Holy Spirit-our personal counselor.

  2. Tara has a heart for God, and I’m so blessed to have known her for as long as I have been able to walk. She seeks God in all aspects of life and I’m beyond excited to see what she has to share on her blog!! I can’t wait to see her shine her light and uncontainable love for our Creator through this.
